Cast-iron engine-exhaust manifolds can be requested through sand or gravity casting with OEM/ODM mold and CNC services. Aluminum-alloy, stainless-steel or titanium-alloy parts require separate material and route definitions. Select the actual manifold or other component and its required supplied condition.
Define the manifold and machining interfaces
Show exhaust connections and mounting relationships with the selected engine assembly. Precision mold making, CNC machining, five-axis milling and CNC-lathe processing are named services. Identify the included tooling and the interfaces requiring final work, with functional limits and measurement conditions on the drawing.
Specify size and compatible processing
For a 10–600 size request, establish the unit and dimensional role for the actual component. A separate die-casting enquiry needs the selected material and compatible process agreed. Automotive, electronics, home-hardware and mechanical requests each need their own component duty and acceptance brief.
Set surface and full-process inspection
Sandblasting and acid washing require defined areas and final appearance or contact conditions. Specify checks and records within the stated strict full-process inspection. Prototype-to-mass supply is offered; explain what the initial item must demonstrate before approving its production definition.
- State manifold, mold or separate part quantity and the controlling revision.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence.
- Define the required final condition at exhaust or other working interfaces.
- Retain accepted grade and tooling decisions within the supplied-item record.
Confirm further components against the approved duty and interface requirements.
