Custom aluminum-alloy cookware sets are available for OEM/ODM enquiries as three cooking pots in 24, 28 and 32 cm sizes. Choose sand casting or die casting for the agreed design. Each pot should have its complete alloy, supplied condition and selected surface requirement defined.
Define the cookware set and contact surfaces
Identify quantities for the selected set and the actual geometry of each item. Specify food-contact coating, intended use conditions and applicable acceptance requirements. Mark contact and non-contact areas so the requested finishing package is suitable for the actual cooking application.
Choose the finishing operations
Powder coating, sandblasting, anodizing, cleaning and degreasing are named services. Assign the included work and treated areas for each chosen pot. Custom colors, dimensions and tolerances follow customer drawings, with measurement conditions and appearance criteria agreed for approval.
Set inspection and quality-document scope
Strict 100% full inspection needs the actual material, dimensional, coating and surface checks defined. Request applicable ISO9001 and IATF16949 documents with their holder and activity scope. Establish food-contact acceptance independently through the relevant coating and use-condition records for the cookware.
