DimensionsCustomer Required
HT250 or HT200 gray-iron pump housings can be requested through sand or shell casting, with ductile-iron components specified independently. OEM/ODM dimensions and tolerances are customized for the actual drawing. Select the complete grade and required condition for the chosen housing or separate part.
Define the pump-housing interfaces
Show the mounting and mating relationships with adjoining pump components. Identify the operating duty and the geometry controlling installation or working fit. Mark locating references, permitted dimensional limits and measurement conditions for the selected supplied stage.
Choose compatible surface work
Polishing, sandblasting and plating require specified coverage, appearance and final contact conditions. A color-anodizing request needs a separately suitable substrate and item definition. Identify any masking or different surface state needed where treatment meets a functional housing interface.
Set inspection and application scope
The stated 100% inspection needs checks and records for the selected material and component. Automotive, medical, agricultural, train, valve and textile requests require their actual service conditions and acceptance criteria. Keep the gray-iron references separate from the complete designation chosen for a ductile-iron item.
- State the pump housing or separate part’s quantity and current drawing revision.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface evidence for approval.
- Request applicable ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949 documentation and activity scope.
- Retain accepted grade and interface changes with the component definition.
Use the approved duty and supplied-condition requirements when confirming further castings.
