Custom OEM/ODM casting enquiries cover gray iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel or aluminum, with separate wrought-iron work. Select sand casting or aluminum die casting for the appropriate design. Define the actual material, route and supplied component before assigning the machining and finish requirements.
Set the CNC work and casting acceptance
CNC, turning, milling and five-axis machining are named capabilities. Mark the functional dimensions and interfaces requiring those operations. The casting-tolerance reference is CT4–CT6; agree its application to the selected route and geometry separately from final machined limits.
Define surface treatment and application requirements
Painting, oxidation, polishing, electrophoresis and electroplating are listed finishes. Choose a compatible treatment with coverage and masking defined at fitted or contacting areas. Industrial, automotive, agricultural, aviation, construction and electrical enquiries need their own acceptance specifications for the actual component.
Provide coordinated drawing information
Formats include 2D PDF, DXF or DWG and 3D STEP, IGS or PRT. Identify the controlled revision, governing geometry and the complete material condition. State quantity and the material, dimensional and surface records needed for approval.
Complete packing and qualification scope
Carton packing and an ISO9001 quality-system reference are listed. Define protection needed for the supplied interfaces and request applicable documentation scope. Connect any sample approval and production acceptance to the selected cast component or separate wrought work, retaining its own material, geometry and finished-state requirements.
