Container or trailer lifting lugs can be requested through OEM/ODM resin-sand casting with CNC machining and hot-dip galvanizing. Define the actual lug, container-corner lug or cast lifting bracket. WCB and A216WCC steel references require separate selection from a complete QT450 ductile-iron specification.

Define attachment geometry and lifting duty

Show the mounting and contacting relationships within the selected lifting arrangement. State the intended duty and acceptance requirements for that actual design. Agree the complete grade and supplied condition without assuming equivalence between material references.

Assign precision to the finished interfaces

The tolerance reference is ±0.01–±0.05 mm or according to drawing. Identify the controlled features and supplied stages, with datums and measurement conditions. Define galvanizing coverage and final contact requirements where the coating meets an attachment or mating interface.

Separate examination and load-sampling scope

MT magnetic-particle testing and load-sampling tests are named alongside strict 100% inspection. Agree coverage and acceptance for each, retaining the sampling basis of the load test. Any working-load or lifting approval needs the selected design and applicable records established.

  • Submit 2D PDF/CAD/DWG/DXF or 3D IGES/STEP/VDA information.
  • State the lifting component’s quantity and controlling revision.
  • Identify material, dimensional and galvanized-surface approval records.
  • Retain accepted grade and attachment decisions with the component definition.

Confirm subsequent lugs against that approved lifting arrangement and supplied state for its specific container or trailer application.
