Product NameCustom High Strength High Pressure Die Casting Components
High-strength automotive and machinery-component enquiries should identify the actual material and manufacturing route. This OEM/ODM scope includes QT500 ductile-iron sand castings and separate aluminum- or zinc-alloy high-pressure die-cast parts. Each component needs its own grade, geometry and operating acceptance.
Select the iron or alloy die-casting branch
QT500 belongs to the ductile-iron enquiry. Die-casting materials name ADC12, A380 and zinc-alloy Zamak 3/5 choices. Specify the complete designation and governing standard for the actual part rather than combine the metals into one configuration.
Define the die-cast envelope and tolerance
The alloy die-casting size reference is up to 1500 × 800 × 600 mm, with customized robot-part dimensions. A 0.01 mm tolerance reference is given; identify the controlled dimensions, numerical convention and delivered stage. These references should be applied to the selected die-cast design rather than automatically to the iron-sand-casting branch.
- Provide the component drawing and selected material.
- Identify the iron-sand or alloy-die casting requirement.
- State quantity, geometry and operating-load criteria.
- Define dimensional and surface acceptance.
Choose the supplied surface condition
As-cast condition, polishing, passivation, powder coating, shot blasting and painting are named choices. Select the treatment for the actual grade and function. Identify interfaces needing particular instructions so acceptance concerns the part as supplied.
Identify the applicable qualification scope
ISO9001:2015, IATF16949 and RoHS are document references. Request applicable current supplier documents and scope for the order. The high-strength or heavy-duty enquiry should be defined through the component's operating and acceptance requirements rather than an unstated general load rating.
