Relia aluminum-alloy automotive components can be requested with selected die, gravity or sand casting and CNC machining. Color and surface treatment follow customer requirements. Define the complete alloy and actual drawing for the part and condition required by the automotive assembly.
Place close control on the selected interfaces
Apply the 0.01 mm reference through agreed dimensions, limits and measurement stages for the actual component. Mark datums and relationships governing mounting, mating and working fit. Distinguish the cast-state form from interfaces requiring CNC-finished acceptance.
Set the custom surface result
Identify working, contacting and visible areas with their required treatment and color. Define coverage, appearance and masking where the final surface affects assembly. State which dimensions are assessed after finishing so material, geometry and visual acceptance address the same supplied condition.
Define complete inspection and approval records
The stated 100% inspection should assess agreed material, dimensional and appearance characteristics of the selected casting. Specify actual methods, acceptance criteria and reporting. Explain what an initial component must demonstrate before the design and supplied state are accepted.
- Provide quantity and the controlling revision.
- Identify the governing grade document and required condition.
- Specify protection within wooden packing.
- Retain approved geometry and surface changes with the drawing.
Keep the selected route and CNC requirements attached to the order so production approval follows the actual automotive casting and its finished interfaces.
