OEM/ODM enquiries cover aluminum, zinc, aluminum-alloy and stainless-steel sand- or precision-casting requests. Separate fabrication, assembly and CNC work can be defined for the actual component. Select its material grade, incoming form and compatible manufacturing route.
Divide the quotation into the work required
- Machining includes drilling, milling, turning and wire EDM.
- Etching or chemical machining and laser machining are named services.
- Micro machining is included for geometry defined in the enquiry.
- Stamping, bending, welding and assembly need separately specified component scope.
Identify which work belongs to each item and the final condition required at its interfaces. Put tolerances and acceptance requirements on the drawing rather than assigning one operation to every component.
Choose material and finish together
Further capabilities include carbon steel, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals and steel alloys. Specify the complete grade and condition for the selected part. Powder coating, galvanizing, brushing and polishing are listed finishes; define coverage, masking and the required visible or functional result.
Set quantity and production allocation
The minimum order is one piece, with production capacity referenced as 3000 pieces per month. Agree allocation for the actual part mix and order. Include the controlled revision and purpose of any initial component.
Define the approval records
Request applicable ISO9001:2008 documentation and scope. Specify material, dimensional and surface evidence needed for acceptance, keeping the selected operations and delivered-state requirements connected to the component order.
