Automotive and motorcycle components should be specified through their material, geometry and finished requirements. This custom enquiry includes aluminum-alloy die casting with CNC machining, alongside alloy-steel, carbon-steel and copper sand-casting requests. Dimensions are customized to the actual component.
Select the grade and component route
Identify the full alloy designation and required casting process for the part. Brass, other alloys, hardened metals and precision-metal requests are additional scopes to define by grade. The material list should identify the selected component rather than a combined composition or universal process capability.
- Provide the part drawing and required quantity.
- Select the material grade and manufacturing requirement.
- Mark CNC-finished interfaces and acceptance limits.
- Specify the coating and delivered surface condition.
Allocate fabrication work separately
Sawing, cutting, bending, punching, pressing and stamping are named processing options. Select the operations required by the actual component. A formed-metal request and a die-cast motorcycle part should retain their own geometry and supplied-condition requirements.
Choose the coating for metal and function
Phosphate treatment, painting, powder coating, zinc and nickel-chromium coatings are finishing choices. Identify the required treatment and contact areas needing particular instructions. Coordinate that finish with the component's final dimensional acceptance.
Define full in-house inspection for the application
Full in-house inspection is stated. Automotive, medical, agricultural, rail, valve and textile enquiries should identify the actual part and acceptance criteria, including any required qualification. The selected grade, drawing and supplied condition should establish the order rather than an assumed application approval.
