Brass sand-cast parts can be requested with CNC milling, alongside separate bronze and copper material capabilities. Micro-machining enquiries are included. Select the complete alloy grade and component drawing, with natural-metal color specified for the required supplied result.

Locate milled and small-scale geometry

For the selected copper-alloy component, apply the ±0.05 mm tolerance reference to identified dimensions and a defined measurement stage. Mark datums and the relationships that control assembly. Show small details in the context of the complete part so their purpose and acceptance requirements are clear.

Define the life-cycle criterion for the actual duty

The life-cycle reference is 100,000,000 cycles. Establish the component, operating loads and test conditions to which that reference applies before using it in the design brief. Identify supporting records and the acceptance method required by the intended application. Define what constitutes a completed cycle and the acceptance endpoint.

  • State the material document and required condition.
  • Mark working, mating and visible surfaces.
  • Identify the natural-metal appearance reference.
  • Provide quantity and the controlling drawing revision.

Connect inspection to the finished copper-alloy part

The stated 100% inspection should address the agreed milled dimensions, material and surface characteristics for the selected component. Specify the checks and approval records needed to assess them. Request applicable ISO9001:2008 documentation and scope, keeping the approved geometry, duty and supplied-state definition linked to the order.
