Our ServiceCustom Metal Product Fabrication
Custom metal-component enquiries include brass, Zamak, steel or aluminum with selected sand- or investment-casting routes. Iron and copper parts and separate stamping, punching or bending fabrication can be specified for the actual item. Choose the complete grade, incoming blank and compatible manufacturing method.
Define casting or fabrication as the deliverable
Show the geometry and required supplied state for each component. Bending, stamping and cutting equipment is listed; identify the actual work needed within the requested scope. Mark mounting, mating and working interfaces so the proposal addresses the component’s function and assembly requirements.
Set dimensions and finishing requirements
Assign the 0.01–0.05 mm tolerance reference to controlled dimensions, convention and measurement stage. Painting, powder coating, plating, polishing and galvanizing are finish choices. Define the selected process, coverage and masking around a compatible substrate, with final contact and appearance conditions made explicit.
- Supply 3D CAD, DWG, STEP or PDF information.
- Provide quantity and the controlling revision.
- Identify material and dimensional approval records.
- Define the purpose of an initial component.
Agree qualification and supplied-state acceptance
Request applicable ISO9001:2008 and RoHS documents and scope. Explain which geometry and surface characteristics a sample must demonstrate, with the required inspection conditions. Identify which fabrication or casting interfaces need joint dimensional assessment. Retain approved material, route and finish changes with the drawing so acceptance follows the actual casting or separately fabricated metal part being ordered.
