Iron ball-valve bodies are available for custom OEM sand-casting enquiries to drawing-defined size, wall thickness and surface requirements. Select the complete iron grade and supplied condition for the actual body. Full-process customization includes design support and selected component supply, with flexible scheduling and fast response.

Describe the ball-valve assembly requirements

Identify the operating medium and duty used for the selected valve design. Show the body’s connection geometry and its relationships with mating valve components. Put the required wall dimensions and functional interface limits on the controlling drawing.

Set the body’s final geometry and surface

Define the locating references and measurement conditions for installation and fit assessment. Distinguish regions accepted in the cast state from areas needing another supplied result. Specify the actual surface process, coverage and contact condition required for the chosen iron substrate.

Agree checks for the intended valve duty

Inspection covers raw-material control, heat-treatment-condition checks and finished-product assessment. Identify the methods and records needed for the selected component. Any required pressure or leakage acceptance should establish its procedure and criteria for that actual valve-body design.

  • State the ball-valve body quantity and current component revision.
  • Identify material and dimensional approval evidence.
  • Explain the initial-body assessment required with the adjoining valve components.
  • Keep accepted grade, wall and interface changes in the order definition.

Use the approved medium, duty and supplied-state requirements for subsequent body-casting requests.
