Custom Zamak3 zinc alloy medal and trophy accessories are offered with gold plating and a polished surface. OEM and ODM enquiries define the accessory geometry, finish and dimensional requirements. Broader casting services also cover separately selected aluminum, zinc and magnesium alloy components.
Choose the alloy and route explicitly
Material labels include A360, A380, A390, ADC-12, ADC10, ZA-3 and ZA-5. Specify the actual grade rather than assuming equivalence between those labels and Zamak3. Die casting or sand casting can be followed by machining when needed and surface treatment, according to the selected component and compatible process.
Define the decorative finish
Other finish options include powder coating, anodizing, nickel plating and zinc plating. Identify suitable treatments for the chosen metal and mark the areas to receive each finish. Define decorative surface coverage and appearance criteria for the accessory's visible faces. For a Power Coating request, specify the required treatment and surface result. Keep functional dimensions separate from those cosmetic acceptance criteria.
Set the accessory acceptance plan
Dimensions and tolerances follow the customer drawing. The maximum-size reference is 1550 × 1550 × 1100 mm; agree its applicable component and route scope. Quality control is 100% inspection, with ISO 9001:2015 as the quality reference and relevant document scope to be established.
