Custom grey iron floor and bed plates are offered through resin sand casting with full-process OEM service from design to delivery. HT150 and HT300 are distinct material choices. Size, specification and wall thickness follow the customer drawing, with surface treatment customized for the selected plate.

Establish the plate's mounting relationships

Show the supporting arrangement, fixing positions and interfaces with the surrounding equipment. Identify the intended loading and installation conditions relevant to the design. Mark critical flatness and dimensional requirements on the drawing, including the datums used to assess how the plate will locate in its assembly.

Specify the required supplied condition

Specify the governing grey iron standard and required material condition for the selected plate. Define wall sections and any areas requiring additional machining for agreement during quotation. State the surface result required on functional and visible areas, and identify the manufacturing stage at which acceptance limits must be met.

Coordinate inspection and production scope

The inspection scope includes raw-material control, heat treatment and finished-product inspection. Define the relevant checks and records for the actual floor or bed plate. Flexible scheduling and fast response are offered; agree capacity and scheduling requirements around the selected drawing, quantity and supplied condition.

  • Provide the current plate drawing and selected iron grade.
  • Identify mounting, flatness and dimensional acceptance criteria.
  • Define initial approval stages and repeat-order inspection requirements.

Keep approved changes connected to the same plate specification. This allows the design-to-delivery discussion to follow the actual component through casting, any agreed further work and final acceptance.
