Iron or aluminum pump-component enquiries include nonstandard high-pressure applications and OEM/ODM design service. Customized dimensions should follow the selected pump drawing. Identify the actual component and operating system before establishing its material, connection geometry and supplied condition.
Define the pump application being requested
Air-pump use, hydraulic power and diesel-related system requirements each need an explicit application brief. State which description applies to the ordered part and how it functions in the equipment. Provide the actual medium, working pressure and operating conditions relevant to component acceptance.
Control the component’s connection and mounting geometry
Show the interfaces to adjoining pump and equipment parts. Mark datum relationships, mating dimensions and any internal geometry governing the design. Specify the complete iron or aluminum grade and identify the final condition needed at working or contacting surfaces.
Approve design and manufacturing deliverables
Define the mold and sample scope within the requested design or customized service. Identify which approval covers the tool and which covers the part. Explain what an initial part must demonstrate and which revision governs acceptance. Request applicable ISO9001 and TS16949 documents alongside the actual component checks.
- Include quantity and required supplied state.
- Identify material and dimensional approval records.
- Assign service-duty tests and acceptance criteria.
- Specify surface requirements at functional interfaces.
Keep the accepted material, pump application and controlled geometry linked to the order so the supplied casting addresses the actual nonstandard component.
