Hydraulic-cylinder base seats and ductile-iron support-bracket enquiries are offered with sand casting and CNC machining. OEM/ODM customization can define the component needed for automotive or construction machinery through its drawing, iron grade and required supplied condition.
Show the cylinder support within the assembly
Provide the mounting, locating and mating geometry that controls the component's position and support role. Identify the dimensions used to accept those relationships and the operating requirements established by the machinery design. Include any support-load checks required for the actual part.
Define CNC finishing at the interfaces
Dimensions are OEM-customized. Mark the surfaces needing machining and distinguish them from the casting envelope, with the appropriate datums and limits on the controlled drawing. The machining brief should identify the condition in which each functional interface must be supplied.

The agreed grade, geometry and finish can then provide a consistent reference for purchasing and approval of the selected cylinder-support casting.
