OEM/ODM machine-bed casting enquiries cover drawing-defined iron components and separately specified aluminum sand-casting requests. Size is customized. Identify the actual machine-bed design, full material requirement and supplied state before choosing the component’s manufacturing and acceptance scope.
Resolve the iron selection for the machine bed
FCD700 is a named material reference, with gray- or ductile-iron scope to specify for the actual drawing. Identify the complete grade, governing document and required condition. Show the working loads and machine interfaces relevant to assessing the selected material and design.
Control machining around the machine geometry
Drilling, milling, turning and grinding are listed. For the chosen machine bed, assign the 0.01 mm tolerance reference to defined dimensions and a specified inspection stage. Mark datums and relationships controlling alignment, mounting and contact with adjoining equipment components.
- Specify baking paint or painting and required coverage.
- Assign X-ray or radiographic examination to defined acceptance criteria.
- Identify the laser-tracker measurements required by the geometry.
- Define the FEA and mechanical-property inspection deliverables, identifying which results assess material and which establish geometry or design response.
Agree the documents used for component approval
Applicable specification families include GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS. Name the particular document and edition required by the order. Include quantity and the controlled revision, keeping material, machining, inspection and final-surface records connected to the selected machine-bed definition.
