Custom impeller enquiries cover industrial pumps and centrifugal-compressor components, with iron or stainless steel selected for the actual drawing. Open, closed and half-open geometries are named choices, with machining available where needed and polishing as the stated finish.

Choose the impeller configuration for the duty

Identify the pump or compressor application, material grade and required impeller form. Provide the blade and passage geometry, hub or shaft connection and mating-component information. The operating and durability requirements established by the design should accompany the geometry used for quotation.

Define the casting and finished interfaces

An iron sand-casting request and a stainless-steel casting request need their own agreed material and manufacturing route. Mark the dimensions requiring machining and identify the surfaces accepted in the casting condition. Size follows customer drawings, allowing the supplied stage to be defined for the selected rotating component.

  • Submit 3D/CAD, DWG, STEP or PDF impeller information.
  • Select iron or stainless steel and the complete grade.
  • Identify open, closed or half-open geometry.
  • Mark blade, shaft and finished-interface requirements.
  • Define polishing, quantity and the checks needed for acceptance.

Specify rotating-service checks and approval records

State any balance, rotational or performance checks required by the actual design. Define the polishing result and surfaces it covers, and agree wooden-case packing for the component. Request applicable ISO9001:2015 supplier documents and scope with the drawing and inspection requirements, keeping approval tied to the selected impeller.
