New custom-designed iron or steel sand-moulding flasks are offered for clay-sand foundry operations. Define the required box dimensions, structure and locating arrangement for the actual moulding equipment. The selected construction and interfaces should establish the flask’s required supplied condition.

Show the flask within the foundry process

Provide mould geometry and the connections used to position or handle the structure. Mark datums and dimensional relationships governing fit with surrounding equipment. Specify the functional and surface conditions needed to assess the chosen iron or steel design before approval.

Define the inspection evidence

An outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are provided. Agree the actual structure, dimensions and functions these records must demonstrate. Request relevant ISO and CE documents with their applicable standard and equipment scope alongside the component acceptance brief.

Set warranty and maintenance arrangements

Equipment and core-component warranty references are one year. Define the covered structure, start date and terms with the order. Spare-parts and field maintenance or repair services are named; agree covered parts and actual service arrangements for the selected flask.

  • Provide quantity and the controlling design revision.
  • Identify the complete material and supplied structure.
  • Define dimensional and functional approval records.
  • Explain what an initial flask must demonstrate.

Retain approved construction and interface changes with the drawing so inspection, foundry installation and later support refer to the actual moulding box supplied.
