Z14 clay-sand foundry enquiries can cover a steel flask, moulding box, associated moulding machine or a configured package. Define the actual supply boundary before selection. Provide flask geometry and the moulding task so the component and any powered equipment each have a clear acceptance brief.
Assign utilities and dimensions to the machine
Equipment references are 380 V, 220 V or 440 V and 7.5 kW, also given as 10.06 hp. Dimensional references are 3000 × 1200 × 2200 mm, or 118.11 × 47.24 × 86.61 in. Check the selected configuration and installation clearances against the approved layout.
- Machine core components include PLC, engine, gearbox, motor, gear and pump.
- Define the actual controls, utilities and interfaces within the package.
- Specify customer-selected color and required appearance.
- Identify operating access relevant to the easy-operation requirement.
Set the inspection and equipment evidence
An outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are provided. Agree their actual object, configuration and operating checks. Request applicable ISO and CE documents with the relevant standard and equipment scope alongside the dimensional and functional acceptance records.
Agree covered warranty and machinery service
A one-year warranty and overseas machinery-service engineers are named. Define covered equipment and actual service arrangements. Include quantity and the controlling revision, retaining accepted flask and machine-interface changes with the order so installation and approval address the supplied Z14 configuration.
