Custom OEM and ODM sand-casting enquiries include copper, aluminum, brass or steel parts and ductile-iron frames. Large or small components are defined by the actual drawing and customized size. Select the complete grade and supplied condition for the individual item before establishing its finished interfaces.
Define the component from overall form to assembly
Show the envelope, mounting points and mating geometry needed to understand the part’s function. For a frame or other structural item, include the design duty and acceptance requirements relevant to its application. The quotation should address those selected requirements rather than an assumed general size or load range.
- Provide the controlled revision and required quantity.
- State the full material designation and condition.
- Mark functional datums and final dimensions.
- Define the required surface and approval records.
Choose optional machining and treatment
Machining can be included where needed, followed by customer-requested surface treatment. Identify the areas accepted as cast and those requiring further operations. Specify masking and contact-surface boundaries where the finish affects assembly or appearance of the delivered component.
Align quantity, packing and approval
The listed minimum order is 100 pieces and packing combines a poly bag, inner box and carton. Include separation and protection needed for finished interfaces. Any sample approval should identify the same drawing revision, grade and supplied condition used for production, together with the material, dimensional and surface checks required for acceptance.
