Production CapacityFlexible Scheduling, Fast Response
Custom steel components can be requested through sand or investment casting with a full-process service. Gray- or ductile-iron alternatives require their own complete grade and route selection. Define the actual part, material condition and supplied geometry around the component drawing.
Choose the metal and working requirements
Show the installation or operating duty and the relationships with adjoining components. Identify mounting and mating interfaces with the references controlling their fit. Keep each steel or iron material specification connected to the selected component rather than combining different families.
Set wall and supplied-surface requirements
Size, specification, wall thickness and treatment follow the agreed drawing. Mark cast-state regions and any interfaces needing additional work. Specify dimensional limits, measurement conditions and the final appearance or contact result required at the actual working surfaces.
Agree the full-process work package
Service supports design and selected component supply, with flexible scheduling and fast response. Inspection includes raw-material control, heat-treatment condition and finished-product assessment. Define the methods, acceptance checks and records required for the supplied stages of that actual item.
- State the steel or separate iron part’s quantity and controlling revision.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence.
- Explain what an initial casting must demonstrate at its mating interfaces.
- Retain accepted grade, wall and finishing decisions within the component record.
Confirm subsequent work against the approved manufacturing scope and selected part’s required duty and supplied condition.
