Antique-rust craft ornaments are offered as custom sand cast metal parts with drawing-based sizes and customized colors. OEM and ODM service includes design-to-machining work. Define the ornament shape, selected metal and desired appearance as separate requirements for the individual decorative component.

Choose the metal and visual character

Material options include stainless steel, iron, carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless descriptions and aluminum alloy. Select the complete material specification for the order. An antique-rust style describes the desired appearance; agree how that appearance is to be achieved on the chosen metal and which visible areas it covers.

Control the ornament's shape and installation

Supply the required drawing and identify dimensions that determine its outline, mounting or relationship to surrounding parts. Distinguish cosmetic areas from functional interfaces. Where machining is required, show the relevant features and acceptance limits. State the intended display environment so the requested surface condition can be reviewed against the actual use.

Agree approval before repeat production

Define color and appearance criteria alongside dimensional checks. Identify the governing documents and applicable scope for the ISO and GE standard references. Wooden-box packaging is listed for the completed ornaments.

Include the required quantity and the records needed to approve the decorative casting. If a sample is requested for evaluation, specify which shape, color and surface requirements it must demonstrate. Keep approved changes linked to the controlled drawing and selected material. This helps ensure that a repeat enquiry describes the same ornament design and agreed appearance rather than a general rust-style finish.
