Nonstandard pump-impeller enquiries are offered with aluminum-alloy sand casting and a separate stainless-steel material selection. OEM/ODM customization can define the actual grade, geometry and required surface treatment for the component being ordered.
Draw the impeller for the intended pump
Provide the blade and passage geometry, hub or shaft connection and the dimensions needed by the adjoining assembly. Identify the pump duty and the functional acceptance required by the design. This gives the nonstandard request a specific component definition rather than relying on a general pump-part description.
- Submit the impeller drawing and authoritative revision.
- Confirm the selected material and complete grade.
- Mark blade, passage and shaft-interface dimensions.
- Define surface requirements and component checks.
- State quantity and the required supplied condition.
Agree the route for the chosen material
Define the manufacturing proposal for the selected grade and geometry. Mark the dimensions accepted in the casting condition and identify any additional work requested at the functional interfaces. The actual material and required supplied stage should remain together in the quotation brief.
Specify surface and operating acceptance
Surface treatment is customized. Describe the areas requiring attention and the result needed for appearance or service. Any balance or performance checks should be defined through the pump design. Request applicable current ISO9001:2008 supplier documentation and scope, keeping the approved material, drawing and inspection requirements aligned for the selected impeller.
