Valve bodies and bonnets can be requested through custom OEM sand casting in separately selected gray or ductile iron. Define the complete grade and required condition for each actual part. Drawing-based size, wall thickness and surface requirements should establish the supplied component geometry.

Define the body and bonnet relationship

Identify the valve type and the mating interfaces between its selected components. Show connection and mounting geometry with the references controlling fit. Put functional dimensional limits and measurement conditions on relationships assessed together for assembly acceptance.

Establish actual valve-service requirements

State the medium, pressure and temperature duty relevant to the chosen design. Define any leakage or other test criteria required for the actual assembly. Identify the final contact and surface conditions needed on the selected material rather than assuming an unspecified valve class.

Set full-process checks and approval

Service supports design and selected component supply with flexible scheduling and fast response. Inspection references cover raw-material control, heat-treatment condition and finished-product assessment. Specify actual methods and records required at the relevant supplied stages.

  • State body and bonnet quantities and their controlling revisions.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence for each part.
  • Explain the initial-component assessment needed at the mating interfaces.
  • Retain accepted grade, wall and connection decisions within the valve-component record.

Confirm further castings against the selected valve design and its accepted duty and supplied condition.
