Custom iron floor plates can be requested through OEM sand casting with separate HT150–HT300 gray-iron and QT400–QT700 ductile-iron family references. Select the complete designation and required condition for the actual plate. Size, section thickness and surface requirements follow the component drawing.
Define the plate support and installation
Show the support arrangement and mounting relationships within the intended equipment or installation. Identify the operating duty and geometry governing the plate’s working fit. Establish the functional limits and locating references appropriate to that selected design.
Specify the drawing-controlled supplied state
Identify cast-state regions and areas needing a different final surface result. Define permitted dimensional limits and measurement conditions for relationships assessed together. Keep the actual material designation attached to those requirements rather than applying gray-iron labels to a ductile-iron plate.
Set process and finished-product checks
Inspection references cover raw-material control, heat-treatment condition and finished-product inspection. Specify the actual methods and records needed at the relevant supplied stages. Full-process service supports design and selected component supply with flexible scheduling and fast response.
- State the floor-plate quantity and controlling layout revision.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface evidence for approval.
- Describe what an initial plate must demonstrate at its support interfaces.
- Retain approved grade, thickness and mounting decisions with the order.
Confirm subsequent castings against the same installation duty and accepted plate definition for its selected floor-plate support arrangement.
