Custom OEM sand-casting enquiries cover construction-machinery parts, including excavator attachments, wheel hubs and hydraulic housings. Material and size are customized for the selected component. Define the grade, geometry and required supplied condition so that the processing and inspection scope concerns the actual machinery design.
Identify which component is being ordered
An attachment, hub and housing need different mounting and service requirements. Provide the fitment geometry and relevant operating conditions for the selected item. Where a hydraulic component is requested, include the medium and design-specific acceptance needed for its actual function.
Plan the processing from the drawing
Heat treatment, machining when needed and surface treatment are named within the scope. Identify the required material condition and mark the interfaces that need finished dimensions. Painting, powder coating or a customer-demand finish can then be specified with masking and appearance requirements for the delivered part.

- State the grade, controlled revision and order quantity.
- Mark key dimensions and their measurement datums.
- Define the supplied condition and required approval records.
Set the key-size inspection plan
Production QC includes random checks during manufacture and 100% checks of key sizes. Identify those dimensions and the records needed to demonstrate acceptance. Packing combines a bubble bag, carton and wooden crate; include any separation and protection required at finished interfaces. Sample approval and order release should use the same component scope and controlled drawing.
