Steel valve bodies can be requested through custom OEM sand casting to drawing-defined dimensions, wall thickness and surface requirements. Select the complete steel grade and required condition for the actual body. Full-process service supports design and component supply with flexible scheduling and fast response.

Establish the valve operating requirements

Identify the service medium and duty relevant to the selected design. Show mounting and mating relationships within the valve assembly. Define the connection geometry and material requirements used to establish the body’s required supplied state.

Control wall geometry and final interfaces

Mark locating references and dimensional limits on the actual valve-body drawing. Distinguish regions accepted in their cast state from areas needing a particular final result. Specify measurement conditions where several connection or mounting relationships are assessed together during acceptance.

Agree material and finished-body checks

Inspection references include raw-material control, checks of heat-treatment condition and finished-product inspection. Define the actual methods, characteristics and records for the selected body. Any required pressure or leakage acceptance should establish the procedure and criteria appropriate to that design.

  • State the steel valve-body quantity and controlling assembly revision.
  • Specify surface coverage, appearance and working-contact conditions.
  • Identify material and dimensional approval evidence.
  • Explain what an initial body must demonstrate with its mating components.

Keep accepted grade, wall and interface decisions within the component record used for subsequent valve-body supply.
