OEM grey-iron green-sand casting enquiries sit alongside separate aluminum, brass, stainless-steel, titanium and plastic component requests. Choose the full grade, incoming form and compatible manufacturing route for the ordered item. Drilling, milling and other machining are named for the selected component.
Control dimensions and roughness at the supplied stage
The tolerance reference is ±0.02 mm and surface roughness is referenced as Ra0.2–Ra3.2. Identify the applicable dimensions, roughness unit and checking method for the areas being accepted. The datum arrangement should explain how those interfaces relate to the component’s assembled position.
Choose finishing for the actual material
Anodizing, polishing, plating and painting are named surface choices. Specify the selected treatment and any boundaries where masking or contact-surface condition matters. A die-casting request needs its actual compatible metal and process definition, while a plastic item requires its own manufacturing brief.

Connect logo and order requirements
Custom-logo requests are accepted and the minimum order is 100 pieces. Provide the artwork and placement requirement where identification or decoration is needed. Agree the production scope and any sample approval against the same drawing, grade and finish requirements used for the ordered components, including the acceptance of functional areas close to the marking.
