OEM crusher hammer-head enquiries include high-manganese steel and separately specified carbon/alloy, high-strength or wear-resistant steel castings for heavy industry. Select the complete grade for the actual mining component. Water-glass or resin-sand casting can be defined for the drawing and required supplied condition.

Connect the steel specification to the wear duty

Describe operating conditions, working faces and attachment geometry relevant to the hammer head or other crusher part. Define the properties and acceptance requirements needed for the selected alloy. Standard references are ASTM A148, ASTM A732, ASTM A958 and EN 10293; identify the governing requirement for the chosen grade.

Assign the machining and surface requests

CNC machining, turning, drilling or grinding can be specified. Mark the interfaces requiring final dimensions, with their datums and measurement stage. Paint, powder coating and oxidation treatment are named finish choices; select suitable coverage and masking around working or contact areas.

Set the inspection plan by characteristic

Inspection covers chemical, mechanical, dimensional and NDT requirements. Agree the actual methods, coverage and acceptance limits for the chosen component. Link the required records to the material specification and drawing so the requested wear-resistant casting has a defined approval basis.

Complete the mining-part quotation brief

Provide quantity, controlled revision and the custom dimensions required for the order. Identify what a sample must demonstrate and the final condition expected at functional surfaces. Keep production acceptance attached to the same grade, geometry and inspection criteria used to define the supplied crusher component.
