Tooling & Mold DesignIn-house Tooling Design, Mold Manufacturing, Prototyping Service
HT350 iron machine-base enquiries combine sand casting with machining for hydraulic plastic-injection molding equipment. Customized dimensions and finishing can be developed around the selected base drawing, its mounting arrangement and the interfaces that locate the machine components.
- Identify the HT350 material requirement and drawing revision.
- Mark mounting datums, mating surfaces and restricted clearances.
- Assign the tolerance required at each finished interface.
- Specify finish boundaries, color and order quantity.
- Define the dimensional and material acceptance plan.
Turn the base drawing into a machining scope
Named machining options include 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, wire EDM and sinker EDM. Select the operations needed by the actual base rather than adding every operation to its manufacturing sequence. The tolerance reference is 0.01–0.05 mm; agree the dimensions and process stage to which it applies.
Coordinate tooling and prototype work
In-house tooling design, mold manufacture and prototyping are named service options. Use them to resolve the geometry and finished interfaces before approving the production definition. Casting, machining where needed and surface treatment can then be quoted against a controlled component brief.
Select material-compatible finishing and acceptance
Painting and powder coating are finish enquiries for the base, while anodizing belongs to appropriate selected metals in the wider service scope. Aluminum, stainless steel, brass and copper are separate component-material enquiries alongside iron. Quality scope names 100% inspection and an ISO9001-system reference; identify the applicable supplier documents and the acceptance checks required for the ordered machine base.
