Carbon-steel and alloy-steel components are available through green-sand molding for heavy-machinery OEM/ODM requests. CNC machining completes the selected interfaces. Define the actual grade and loading duty before agreeing the casting geometry, heat-treatment condition and final dimensions required by the machine design.
Coordinate thermal condition and machining
Normalized or quenched conditions can be specified for a compatible steel and component requirement. Identify the condition needed when each controlled interface is assessed. Show the areas requiring further work and their relationship to adjoining machinery so dimensional acceptance follows the supplied part.
Allocate cast and finished-surface limits
Apply CT8–CT10 to the agreed casting dimensions and governing convention. For Ra6.3–Ra12.5, define the roughness unit, assessed surfaces and measurement basis. Distinguish these requirements from final CNC dimensional limits, marking references used to evaluate related interfaces together.
- The inspection scope includes 100% CMM assessment with a dimensional report for the ordered component.
- Material documentation is available as a mill certificate or EN10204 3.1 record with agreed scope.
- After-warranty assistance includes online technical support and video calls.
Make the machinery approval record usable
Provide the controlled drawing, component quantity and required supplied condition. Identify the dimensions to appear in the report and the material records needed to accept the selected steel. Explain the initial-part approval and any project-specific tests required by the working duty. Keep revised interfaces, thermal processing and final surface requirements linked to the same component definition for subsequent manufacturing requests.
