Custom aluminum sand- or die-cast industrial components are available for OEM/ODM enquiries, with stainless-steel or zinc parts specified separately. Select the complete grade and compatible route for the actual item. Its drawing should establish the required cast geometry and supplied condition.

Locate the working interfaces

Show the part’s mounting and mating relationships within the industrial equipment. Mark the references and dimensions controlling fit, with tolerances following the customer drawing. Identify the applicable DIN document and requirements for the selected component and material.

Scope any further machining

Optional machining should address the interfaces needing a final dimensional result after casting. Distinguish those areas from regions accepted in the cast state. Agree the measurement conditions for relationships evaluated together during component approval.

Select the blasted or polished result

Shot blasting and polishing are named surface options. Identify the operation required at each relevant face, including coverage and any masking. Define appearance and working-contact criteria where the finish meets a functional interface on the chosen substrate.

  • Submit the industrial part in 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP form.
  • State the requested quantity and controlling component revision.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface records for acceptance.
  • Request applicable IATF16949 documents and activity scope.

Keep approved grade, geometry and finishing decisions attached to the industrial-component request so subsequent production follows the same intended use and accepted supplied condition.
