Hydraulic-system and tool-part enquiries cover customized grey- or ductile-iron shell-molding and sand castings. Optional CNC finishing can be included for the selected component. Define the actual application, complete iron grade and delivered condition so the order concerns a specific hydraulic or general tool part.
Explain the interfaces relevant to its duty
Provide mounting, mating and contacting geometry with the datums controlling fit. For a hydraulic component, identify any passage or sealing geometry relevant to the design. State the operating and acceptance requirements needed for that component rather than treating an application name as a defined pressure capability.
Assign finishing and tolerances from the drawing
Tolerances follow the customer drawing request, with DIN as the standard-family reference. Identify the applicable document and mark dimensions requiring CNC work. Define the requested surface treatment, coverage and final condition at functional interfaces alongside cast-state acceptance.

Connect inspection and qualification to the part
The stated 100% inspection should be assigned to the component’s agreed characteristics, methods and acceptance limits. Include any separately required hydraulic tests in that order-specific brief. The minimum order is 1000 pieces. Request applicable ISO9001:2008 certificate scope and current documentation, keeping sample and production approval connected to the same drawing and supplied state.
