Carbon- or alloy-steel sand-cast machinery parts can be requested with CNC machining for OEM/ODM supply. Grade references include ZG25, ZG35 and ZG45. Select the complete designation and governing document together with the normalized or quenched condition required by the actual component.
Separate casting acceptance from machined fit
The casting tolerance reference is CT8–CT10. Assign it to the applicable dimensions and supplied state, with finished CNC limits defined independently. Show the locating datums and working interfaces whose relationships govern installation in the industrial machine.
Set dimensional and examination records
The offer states 100% CMM inspection with a dimensional report. Identify measured characteristics, reference conditions and acceptance limits for the selected part. UT, MT and radiographic testing are available; specify the method, examination areas and acceptance requirements for each requested test.
Connect material records to the supplied condition
Mill-certificate or EN10204 3.1 material documentation is available. Define the required record and its relationship to the selected grade, component and treatment condition. Identify any material characteristics needed to establish acceptance for the stated service environment.
- Provide drawing revision, quantity and machining requirements.
- Describe the working duty and mating components.
- Define initial-part approval and required reports.
- After-warranty service names online technical support and video calls.
Retain accepted grade and interface changes with the order, keeping dimensional approval and material evidence connected to the actual steel component supplied.
