    Customers Specific Requirement

Gearbox or axle housings can be requested through OEM sand casting with CNC machining in separately specified carbon steel or stainless steel. Choose the actual housing and complete grade for the drawing. Heavy-duty requirements should describe the operating conditions and component-acceptance criteria.

Define the housing within its machinery

Industrial and agricultural equipment, construction and mining are application references for the selected part. Show mounting and mating relationships with adjoining machine elements. Identify the material condition and geometry needed by that specific gearbox or axle arrangement.

Establish CNC-finished acceptance

Mark locating references and the dimensions governing installation and working fit. Distinguish cast-state regions from housing interfaces requiring final machining. Define measurement conditions for relationships assessed together and specify the required surface condition at functional contacts.

Prepare the drawing and component records

Customized dimensions should follow the controlled housing definition. Provide the material and dimensional evidence needed for acceptance against the stated duty. Request applicable ISO9001:2008 or ISO9001:2015 documents with their holder and relevant activity scope.

  • 2D formats include PDF, CAD, DWG and DXF.
  • 3D formats include IGES, STEP and VDA.
  • Specify the housing’s quantity and controlling assembly revision.
  • Packing follows customer requirements for the supplied component.

Define protection for finished mounting and mating areas within that packing brief. Retain approved grade and CNC-interface changes with the gearbox or axle-housing order used for further production.
