Relia ADC12 aluminum die-cast machinery parts can be requested with CNC machining, sand blasting and powder coating. Separate iron or sand-casting requests and zinc- or magnesium-alloy components need their own compatible material and route. Define the actual component drawing for each order.
Set the drawing and dimensional convention
Design-software references include UG, PROE, SOLIDW and CAD. Identify the supplied files and controlling revision for the part. The dimensional-tolerance reference is ±0.02 without a stated unit; agree the unit, controlled dimensions and supplied stage in the acceptance brief.
Connect CNC and coating to functional interfaces
Mark datums and the areas requiring finished geometry for assembly. Specify the blast and coating coverage, required appearance and masking at working or contacting surfaces. Identify the material, dimensional and surface records needed to approve the selected machinery component.
- Provide the complete alloy condition.
- State the component quantity and supply boundary.
- Define which interfaces are accepted as cast or finished.
- Explain what the initial approval part must demonstrate.
Agree production allocation for the chosen mix
Maximum manufacturing ability is referenced as 100 tonnes per month. Confirm allocation for the actual component mix and order, keeping the selected material and route attached to the manufacturing brief. Retain any approved drawing or finish changes with the part definition so subsequent acceptance addresses the same CNC-machined and coated result.
