Specify the automotive aluminum component through the drawing and interfaces that define its role in the assembly. Selected die, sand or investment-casting requests can be connected to CNC and secondary processing for that actual part. Other material enquiries remain independently defined so the manufacturing scope follows the chosen component.
Choose the Grade and Compatible Route
Material choices include gray iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. The aluminum die-casting proposal is distinct from separately specified ferrous or other-metal components and their compatible routes. Select the full designation and required condition for each drawing, with sizes and tolerances governed by the customer requirements.
Define the Finished Geometry
Services include CNC work, turning, milling and five-axis processing. Mark the actual interfaces and dimensions relevant to the selected operations. Industrial, agricultural, aviation, construction and electrical components can be discussed with their own duties and approval requirements alongside the automotive enquiry.
Set the Surface for the Selected Substrate
Identify the areas and final appearance that the component requires. The finish should remain connected to the chosen material and supplied condition.
- Anodizing can be defined for the compatible substrate and surface requirements.
- Powder coating can be assigned to the selected component areas.
- Polishing can follow the approved appearance criteria.
- Sandblasting can be included with agreed coverage and final condition.
Complete the Technical Approval Package
Drawing formats include PDF, CAD, DWG, DXF, IGES, STEP and VDA. Request applicable GB/T19001-2016 and ISO9001:2015 documentation with its actual scope. Provide quantity and material, dimensional and surface criteria so the automotive casting request links the chosen alloy and processing to an assessable final component.
