Build the oil-pump housing enquiry around its working interfaces and the iron grade specified for the assembly. This custom sand-casting scope includes gray- and ductile-iron choices, optional machining and surface treatment for the selected component. Machinery, equipment and agricultural parts can be discussed separately when their drawings call for a different geometry or supplied condition.
Assign the Iron Grade to the Housing
Material references include GG20, GG25, GG30, GGG50, HT150, HT200, QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3. Select the full governing designation rather than treating those references as equivalent. For the oil-pump drawing, identify the connection geometry, locating surfaces and any interfaces that need a finished dimensional requirement.
- Sand blasting can be assigned to the specified housing surfaces.
- Mill-finishing requirements can be defined for the selected component condition.
- Primer can be included with agreed coverage and final appearance.
- Anti-rust oil can be specified as the requested surface protection.
Tie the Tolerance to the Inspected Feature
The precision reference is 0.01 mm, with the affected dimensions, limits and supplied stage to agree. Dimensional, heat-treatment-condition, hardness, NDT and surface inspection requirements belong in the housing acceptance plan. Define the method and coverage for each check rather than assuming that one inspection description establishes a pressure or leak-test guarantee.
Make the Pump-Part Data Usable
Accepted drawing formats include STEP, STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, PDF and JPG. Use the drawing revision to connect the selected material, optional machining and final surface condition to the actual oil-pump interfaces. A complete request states the quantity and records needed for approval, while any pressure or sealing requirement receives its own design-specific acceptance criteria.
