Use the flywheel drawing to define the rotational and mounting geometry before selecting its casting and machining scope. This OEM/ODM enquiry includes stainless-steel flywheel components with lost-wax investment casting, CNC machining and surface treatment. Iron sand-casting and other selected die-casting requests are specified separately for their own materials and compatible manufacturing routes.
Identify the Actual Flywheel or Component
Provide the complete grade and drawing for the ordered item, including the interfaces that locate it in the assembly. A separate component enquiry should carry its own functional geometry instead of inheriting the flywheel's requirements. This keeps material, casting route and machined condition attached to the part being approved.
Describe the Finished Rotational Geometry
Mark the dimensions and surfaces that require CNC work and identify the final supplied condition. Any balance or service-duty acceptance should be stated by the flywheel design, with the relevant criteria agreed for the selected component. A clear machining scope defines the working interfaces without turning the flywheel name into an unspecified speed or balance guarantee.

Approve the Machined and Treated Part

Set appearance criteria through the actual surface process and approved reference rather than an undefined finish term. Send the quantity, drawing revision and material requirements together so the final acceptance plan covers the cast, machined and surface-treated condition of the intended component.
