Automatic sand molding equipment serves ferrous foundry and water-pump iron casting lines. The new machines use automatic up-and-down shooting and electric-pneumatic-hydraulic drive. Select the actual machine and mold configuration before planning how it connects to the foundry line.
Select a model against the mold layout
Options are DLZX5060XH, DLZX6070XH, DLZX7080XH, DLZX8090XH and Custom Mold Size. Mold-size references are 520 × 620, 600 × 700 and 700 × 800 mm, with customization. Confirm which figures apply to the selected option and pattern arrangement rather than assigning every reference to every model.
Coordinate the molding conditions
References include mold thickness 150–250 mm, template thickness 25–30 mm, molding speed 23–47 s/mold with customization, squeezing pressure ≤21 MPa and sand humidity 2.5–3.5%. Connect the required cycle and mold layout to the actual production conditions and casting requirements.
Plan utilities and installation
Equipment references are AC380V, 50Hz and 21kW (28.16hp), with dimensions 4000 × 2410 × 5180 mm (157.48 × 94.88 × 203.94 in). Confirm the applicable configuration and installation clearances. Core components include PLC, engine, bearing, gearbox, motor, pressure vessel, gear and pump.
Define the machine acceptance scope
A machinery test report and outgoing inspection video are provided; machine and core-component warranties are each one year. Agree the trial mold, cycle conditions and records needed for equipment acceptance. Identify the selected machine, line interfaces and installation requirements in the enquiry. Keep equipment approval separate from the specification and inspection of finished water-pump castings.
