Custom models and prototypes should identify the object and material needed for the project. This OEM/ODM service includes 3D-printed models, sand-printing/casting and rapid-prototype enquiries. Resin, nylon, ABS and PLA are material choices alongside aluminum/alloy, brass, copper, stainless steel and steel-alloy requests.
Define the model or casting-related deliverable
Provide the geometry and explain the intended use, such as evaluation, display or a defined equipment component. Size and color are customized, with a one-piece minimum order. Select the actual material/process combination for the requested item rather than apply one route to the entire material menu.

Keep the processing scope explicit
The service is identified as non-CNC and non-micro machining. Separately define any requested broaching, drilling, etching/chemical machining, laser machining, milling, turning, wire EDM or other processing. The quotation should identify the actual work and delivered item for the selected project.
Supply design data suited to the request
Inputs include 2D PDF/CAD/DWG/DXF and 3D STL/STP/STEP/OBJ/3MF/X-T/IGES. Identify the controlling revision and the requirements that establish acceptance. Medical, automotive, architecture/design and education enquiries should provide their own intended-use criteria.
Agree the supplied model and packing
Carton and wooden-box packing are named supply options. Describe the condition in which the item must be received and any project-document requirements. Material, geometry, color and processing should all identify the same model or prototype.
