Custom casting enquiries cover aluminum-alloy, stainless-steel, brass and gray-iron components for automotive, motorcycle and industrial work. A356 sand-casting requests and separate die-cast parts should each follow the selected material and drawing. OEM/ODM service supports a component-specific manufacturing brief.

Choose a grade and route for each item

Additional aluminum references include A380, ADC12 and AlSi7Mg. Identify the complete grade and required condition for the component being ordered. Discuss the suitable casting proposal against its geometry and intended use, keeping different material and route requests attached to their own drawings.

Define the dimensions that require acceptance

For the selected cast and machined part, assign the 0.05–0.2 mm tolerance reference to identified dimensions and a defined supply stage. Mark datums and the measurement conditions needed to assess them. Explain how those interfaces locate, attach or contact adjacent equipment components.

  • Specify painting or hot-dip galvanizing where appropriate to the chosen material.
  • Define shot-blasted or polished coverage and the required result.
  • Identify masking and mating-surface conditions.
  • State material, dimensional and appearance approval records.

Connect qualification to the component order

Request applicable TS16949 documentation and scope. Provide quantity, the controlled revision and the purpose of any sample. Identify any material traceability needed by that application. Retain the selected material, manufacturing route and finished-interface definition in the approval brief so the resulting order addresses the actual vehicle or industrial component.
