Custom OEM and ODM aluminum machinery parts are offered in ADC12, A380 or A356 through selected die casting or sand casting routes with precision CNC machining. Choose the alloy, casting route and T6 heat-treatment condition together for the actual component. These choices must suit the requested geometry and supplied condition.
Connect the route to machinery interfaces
Show the mating features, locating faces and datums that control installation. Identify the surfaces requiring CNC machining and the dimensional limits they must meet. State the working environment and component duty so the selected aluminum grade and processing condition can be reviewed against the actual requirements.
Select the finish and inspection records
Finish choices are anodized, powder coated or as cast. Mark the selected condition for each relevant area and distinguish visible surfaces from functional interfaces. Quality control is stated as 100% CMM inspection with a dimensional report; agree the controlled features and report requirements for the ordered machinery part.
Define documentation for approval
Material documentation is available as a mill certificate or EN 10204 3.1. Establish the document scope for the selected alloy and supplied condition. After-warranty service includes online technical support and video calls.
- Provide the controlling drawing revision and chosen aluminum grade.
- Identify the required casting, machining, heat-treatment and finish scope.
- State quantity, initial approval stages and acceptance records.
When requesting a repeat order, identify approved changes to geometry or processing and how they affect the dimensional inspection plan. Keep the quotation connected to the same machinery component and its agreed supplied condition.
