Custom aluminum-component enquiries offer gravity, die-casting or sand-casting route options. Select the complete alloy specification and part drawing, with other custom material requests agreed for the actual design. The supplied condition should connect the chosen route with the geometry and surface required by the assembly.
Prepare the geometry for route selection
Drawing information can be supplied as 3D, CAD, DWG, STEP or PDF. Identify the controlled revision and the datum relationships that establish mounting or mating interfaces. Provide sections where internal form or wall changes are needed to understand the component and its requested casting scope.
Choose finish and color around function
Painting, powder coating, plating and polishing are named surface choices, with custom color accepted. Define the selected treatment and appearance reference for identified faces. Mark coverage and any masking where the finished surface could affect fit or a required contact condition.
