Custom aluminum-alloy components are offered through die casting, with sand casting as an alternative enquiry route. CNC and micro machining support the selected aluminum part. OEM/ODM requests and small orders are accepted, with quantity and the required supplied condition defined for the actual design.
Connect alloy and route to the component
Specify the complete aluminum grade and working duty alongside the current drawing. Identify cast geometry and the interfaces needing further machining. Select the route around the part’s shape and acceptance requirements, keeping die and sand casting as distinct manufacturing choices.
Define the machined result
For the 0.05 mm tolerance reference, agree its convention, controlled dimensions and applicable processing stage. Identify the micro-machined areas and their required result. Identify masking requirements on surfaces whose final dimensions control assembly fit. Set measurement conditions for locating and mating relationships evaluated together during component approval.
- Painting requires defined treated areas and appearance acceptance.
- Powder coating needs compatible substrate and final interface requirements.
- Plating requires its selected system and controlled surface scope.
- Polishing should identify the desired contact or cosmetic result.
Set small-order approval requirements
State the component quantity, drawing revision and records needed for acceptance. Request applicable ISO9001 documentation with the relevant holder and activity scope. Identify the inspection coverage for material, cast geometry, machining and finish, retaining approved decisions within the aluminum-part definition used to confirm further production requests.
