Commercial portable-pump part enquiries include custom aluminum sand castings, with separate brass/gravity-casting and iron, steel, copper or zinc component requests. OEM/ODM work should identify the actual pump part, selected grade and supplied condition for each enquiry.
Show the pump component and its connections
Provide the geometry, mounting and connection interfaces used by the pump design. Explain the component's operating role and any service requirements that influence the metal choice. The drawing should establish the dimensions and relationships needed for the selected part to be accepted.
Locate the tolerance and CMM requirements
The tolerance reference is 0.01 mm or customized. Assign the convention, controlled dimensions and delivered stages to that requirement. CMM is the stated quality-control method; identify the datums and measurement coverage needed to inspect the actual pump-component geometry.

Define the standards and packing for the order
ISO is the named standard family, so provide the applicable document relevant to the selected component. Carton-and-pallet or wooden-box packing is offered for enquiry. Agree the arrangement appropriate to the actual part and keep the drawing, material and required inspections together with any pressure or operating-duty requirements established by the pump project.
