Product description

Agricultural-equipment enquiries include custom gray- or ductile-iron sand castings with CNC machining. Select the complete iron grade and the component’s required supplied condition. Use the actual drawing to define precision and the interfaces that make the part function within the equipment.

Describe the agricultural assembly connection

Show mounting points, locating faces and contact geometry with adjacent components. Include sections needed to explain internal spaces or changes in wall form. Identify working conditions relevant to material selection and the required final condition at the interfaces being supplied.

Locate the CNC-finished dimensions

Mark the geometry requiring machining and the datum relationships used for inspection. Assign acceptance limits and the measurement stage for those dimensions. Distinguish cast-state requirements from finished interfaces, keeping the manufacturing request tied to the actual installation and operating function.

  • Provide quantity and the controlled revision.
  • State the full grade and required material condition.
  • Identify working and visible surface areas.
  • Define material and dimensional approval records.
  • Explain the purpose of an approval sample.

Set the supplied surface and approval brief

Describe the required finish and any masking or contact-area condition requested for the order. Agree the checks and records needed to approve the selected component. If a reference part is used, identify wear or damage and show where the controlled drawing governs. Keep sample and production acceptance connected to the same grade, CNC interfaces and delivered-state definition for the agricultural part.
