Our ServiceCustom metal parts as per drawings/samples.Surface TreatmentShot Blasting, Oiling, etc., customizable as per customer requirements
Custom ductile-iron and grey-cast-iron mechanical components are offered to drawings or samples through sand casting and cast-iron forming. CNC machining and customized finishing can be included to deliver the selected part in the condition required by its assembly.
Choose the iron and its casting acceptance
Specify ductile iron or grey cast iron and the complete grade for the component. CT9–11 is the stated casting-tolerance reference for grey-iron parts. Agree the tolerance applicable to the actual material and geometry, keeping that grey-iron reference within its named scope when defining other iron-component requests.
Allocate the machining at functional interfaces
Named operations include CNC machining, drilling, milling, boring and tapping. Mark the datums and interfaces that need those operations and identify the dimensions that remain casting requirements. A controlled drawing revision or a clearly identified sample provides the reference for agreeing the final geometry.
Specify the surface condition for the order
Shot blasting and oiling are named surface treatments, with customization to customer requirements. Indicate which areas need the selected treatment and how finished interfaces should be protected. The packing description is a multilayer wooden case with a large inner plastic bag, to be matched to the supplied component and its finished condition.
- Provide the drawing revision or identified reference sample.
- Specify iron grade and casting-tolerance requirements.
- Mark drilled, milled, bored and tapped interfaces.
- State quantity, finish and final acceptance criteria.
