Foundry-equipment components and other custom parts can be requested through iron sand casting with drawing-defined sizes. Select grey iron or ductile iron independently of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or copper alternatives. The enquiry should identify a specific supplied component and its compatible manufacturing route.

Make the equipment interface explicit

Explain where the part sits within the equipment and which neighboring components establish its installation. Show functional contacts, mounting geometry and locating relationships on the current drawing. Define the working environment and the condition in which the component will be accepted.

Separate casting grades from finished dimensions

For CT4–CT6 casting requirements, identify the governing convention and applicable geometry. Define final dimensional limits separately for CNC work, turning, milling and five-axis processing. Allocate operations to the actual interfaces and references needed for assembly rather than assuming one accuracy across the whole part.

Specify compatible surface work

Finish choices include painting, oxidation treatment, polishing, electrophoresis and electroplating. Mark the areas receiving each selected treatment and the result required after finishing. Keep cosmetic acceptance distinct from interfaces whose final dimensions determine fit.

  • Supply coordinated PDF, DXF or DWG drawings and STEP, IGS or PRT data as appropriate.
  • Carton and wooden-box packing are available for the completed component.
  • Request applicable ISO9001 documentation with its holder and activity scope.

Relate approval to the actual application

Applications span industrial, automotive, agricultural, aviation, construction and electrical components. State the quantity and project-specific acceptance records needed for the selected part. Keep material, route and supplied-state decisions linked to its controlled revision when confirming additional production.
